Kamis, 19 September 2024 — Tim SPI melakukan Monitoring dan Evaluasi pada pembangunan fisik di lingkungan Universitas Mataram meliputi:
1. Pembangunan Gedung Kuliah Terpadu dan Poliklinik,
2. Pembangunan Koridor dan Jalan Universitas Mataram Tahun 2024. Pembangunan prasarana fisik merupakan bagian dari upaya pengembangan Universitas Mataram untuk memperluas infrastruktur akademik dan memberikan fasilitas yang memadai untuk mendukung pelaksaan tridharma.
Adapun Tujuan dan Ruang Lingkup MONEV sebagai berikut:
- Menilai kesesuain kemajuan fisik proyek sesuai rencana
- Menilai kesesuaian kualitas konstruksi dengan rencana
- Memastikan dokumen pembayaran telah didukung oleh bukti yang cukup
Pengawasan ini dilakukan selama kegiatan pembangunan dilaksanakan untuk dapat memberikan masukan dan rekomendasi pada pengambil kebijakan sehingga tujuan pembangunan dapat tercapai sesuai dengan rencana.
